The FSTA Executive Committee will look into all complaints and record your complaint on file.
Any company or indivial can join for an annual fee of $250. All companies will agree to abide by the Code of Ethics established by the FSTA Board of Directors.
There are a list of benefits available on the web site at the benefits page. Corporations receive discounts on vendor space at all FSTA events. Networking is key at these functions and FSTA associates tend to utilize each others services when applicable. The FSTA provides a voice for the Fantasy Sports industry and you will be able to participate in on-line surveys and polls on key issues. Advocacy updates appear regularly on the FSTA web site to keep you updated on industry standards. Additional benefits are constantly being added.

The general rule of thumb is if you have a commericial venture and you use the players names and/or likenesses, you must have licensing from the players association. If you use the team name, uniform, etc., you must have licensing from the team organizations properties division. The licensing contacts for each sport:
