Here is where we list the most frequently asked questions and the answers.
  1. Who do I contact if I have a complaint with a Fantasy Sports company?
  2. Send your Emails to james@footballsoftware.com with a complete description of the complaint; company name and address with phone number and EMail plus the key contact person with any history of your problem. The FSTA Executive Committee will look into all complaints and record your complaint on file.

  3. Who can join the FSTA?
  4. Any company or indivial can join for an annual fee of $250. All companies will agree to abide by the Code of Ethics established by the FSTA Board of Directors.

  5. What benefits do I receive as an FSTA associate?
  6. There are a list of benefits available on the web site at the benefits page. Corporations receive discounts on vendor space at all FSTA events. Networking is key at these functions and FSTA associates tend to utilize each others services when applicable. The FSTA provides a voice for the Fantasy Sports industry and you will be able to participate in on-line surveys and polls on key issues. Advocacy updates appear regularly on the FSTA web site to keep you updated on industry standards. Additional benefits are constantly being added.

  7. Where do I find research on the Fantasy Sports industry?
  8. The FSTA has now made available a Harris Poll that contain valuable information on the fantasy sports industry. More Info

  9. Do I need to be licensed to start up Fantasy games?
  10. The general rule of thumb is if you have a commericial venture and you use the players names and/or likenesses, you must have licensing from the players association. If you use the team name, uniform, etc., you must have licensing from the team organizations properties division. The licensing contacts for each sport:

  11. How is the Justice Bill going at this point and what is the outlook for our game?
  12. We will have updates soon on the Kyl Bill in the Advocacy section. We don't see a major problem shutting down Fantasy games but might be some alteration in how prizes are promoted.
